Job Description

We are seeking for a dynamic individual with relevant F&B managerial experience to join our pioneering team in our new start-up hotel slated to open in Q1 2026.

What the role entails:

1. Service Excellence & Brand Consistency

  • Ensure high-quality service standards across all outlets, maintaining consistency in guest experience.
  • Develop and implement customer service protocols, addressing feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor service execution, training teams to uphold the brand's identity and hospitality standards.
  • Oversee menu rollouts, ensuring alignment with branding and quality expectations.

2. Operational Leadership & Efficiency

  • Optimize workflows to enhance service speed, table turnover, and overall dining experience.
  • Implement operational SOPs, improving efficiency in ordering, kitchen coordination, and floor management.
  • Collaborate with the Team to refine daily service operations and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Lead audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance regulations.

3. Financial Oversight & Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability across locations.
  • Manage food and labour costs, ensuring effective procurement and staffing models.
  • Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with the finance team to align business forecasts with operational strategies.

4. Team Development & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor key personnel to uphold the highest service standards.
  • Design career progression pathways and skill development programs for service leaders.
  • Cultivate a strong service culture, ensuring staff engagement and motivation.
  • Set clear KPIs to measure team performance, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

5. Expansion & Business Growth Strategy

  • Identify opportunities for outlet expansion and new service innovations.
  • Partner with marketing teams to roll out campaigns that drive customer engagement.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance brand presence and competitive advantage in the industry.
