We are seeking for a dynamic individual with relevant F&B managerial experience to join our pioneering team in our new start-up hotel slated to open in Q1 2026.
What the role entails:
1. Service Excellence & Brand Consistency
- Ensure high-quality service standards across all outlets, maintaining consistency in guest experience.
- Develop and implement customer service protocols, addressing feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor service execution, training teams to uphold the brand's identity and hospitality standards.
- Oversee menu rollouts, ensuring alignment with branding and quality expectations.
2. Operational Leadership & Efficiency
- Optimize workflows to enhance service speed, table turnover, and overall dining experience.
- Implement operational SOPs, improving efficiency in ordering, kitchen coordination, and floor management.
- Collaborate with the Team to refine daily service operations and troubleshoot challenges.
- Lead audits to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance regulations.
3. Financial Oversight & Revenue Optimization
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability across locations.
- Manage food and labour costs, ensuring effective procurement and staffing models.
- Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Work closely with the finance team to align business forecasts with operational strategies.
4. Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor key personnel to uphold the highest service standards.
- Design career progression pathways and skill development programs for service leaders.
- Cultivate a strong service culture, ensuring staff engagement and motivation.
- Set clear KPIs to measure team performance, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
5. Expansion & Business Growth Strategy
- Identify opportunities for outlet expansion and new service innovations.
- Partner with marketing teams to roll out campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Lead initiatives that enhance brand presence and competitive advantage in the industry.
