Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Manager, Brand Supervisor, or Team Leader. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise teams, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service within the F&B sector. Key responsibilities include managing operational activities, coordinating between teams, monitoring food service quality, and implementing best practices for customer service. Some work-from-home flexibility will be provided as part of the hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and proficiency in coordinating day-to-day business activities in an F&B environment.
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and enhancing Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of Food Service industry practices and standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of Food & Beverage operations and related management tasks.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment combining in-office and remote work.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in F&B management or team leadership roles is required.
