Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the F&B outlets.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to enhance service excellence and team productivity.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and innovation.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes efficiently.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales and guest engagement.
- Other Ah Hoc duties as assigned.
