Platform Store Management: Responsible for the daily operations of stores on food delivery platforms (3 platforms), including product updating, inventory updates, price adjustments, and maintenance of visual and textual information. Ensure store information is accurate and complies with platform rules to enhance the store's foundational ranking.

Order and Complaint Handling: Monitor order status promptly, coordinate meal preparation and delivery processes to reduce the likelihood of missed or delayed orders. Receive and efficiently address user complaints and negative reviews, analyze root causes (e.g., food quality, delivery timeliness), and collaborate with stores to optimize operations, thereby improving user satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze core store metrics (such as exposure rate, store visit rate, order conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate) to identify operational weaknesses (e.g., optimizing keywords for low exposure, adjusting product images for low conversion rates). Generate data reports, develop targeted optimization strategies, and drive store performance growth.

Platform Rule Compliance: Stay updated on the latest platform rules (such as traffic algorithms, penalty mechanisms, and new feature releases) to ensure store operations remain compliant. Liaise with platform operational staff to secure high-quality traffic resources (e.g., homepage recommendations, subsidies, and optimized commission rates) and increase store exposure and traffic.
