F&B Operations & Business Development Manager
Location: Islandwide (Singapore)
Work Days: 6 Days/Week (44 hours, including occasional weekends & PH)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated F&B Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee 1-2 outlets. The role involves managing daily operations, leading outlet staff including cooks and kitchen helpers, improving business performance, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall outlet operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams, cooks, and kitchen helpers.
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and food safety.
- Support new business opportunities, promotions, and store openings.
- Prepare monthly operational and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations or team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Passionate about food and customer service.
