  • 6 days work (required to work on weekend and PH)

  • 10 hours per day excluding break hours (10am - 10pm)

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

. Ensure all deployed personnel adhere to client SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, plating, and customer service.

. Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess service and kitchen quality.

. Coordinate with outlet supervisors and vendors to resolve operational challenges, including staff performance and food safety concerns.

. Assist in standardizing operational procedures across outlets (front-of-house and back-of-house)

. Assist in selecting, onboarding, and training outsourcing partners for kitchen and service roles.

. Collect and analyze performance data to recommend improvements in efficiency and quality.

Requirements

. Have 3 years experience as F&B Manager.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.

. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs
