Job Description

F&B Manager

Our client, an F&B retail company, is currently expanding and has created a new role for an F&B Manager as part of their growth strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Lead and guide service staff on food safety, customer service, and compliance.
Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Manage budgets and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
Track sales performance and present monthly reports with insights for business reviews

Key Requirements:

Diploma in F&B, Supply Chain, or related courses
Experience working in the F&B industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulation
