Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese Zi Char dishes following established recipes to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during assigned shifts from 9am to 8:30pm or 10:30am to 10pm with 1.5-hour breaks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to meet hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and timely order preparation.
- Participate actively in cooking skill training to improve culinary techniques and dish quality.
