A Muslim friend Italian cuisine food stall @313 Orchard Food Republic is looking for a Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Interact and take customers order via the POS system.
- Process customers payment accurately.
- Set up food stations according to standard operating procedures to maintain quality and hygiene.
- Clean and wash the utensils and work area to maintain safe and sanitary environment.
- Pack and store food items properly at the end of each shift to preserve freshness.
- Lift and handle half cheese wheels safely at the start and end of shifts.
- Support and assist the manager for the smooth daily operation.
- Support and assist the manager for staff scheduling and tracking attendance to maintain the adequate manpower.
- Support and assist the manager to prepare operational report to monitor performance.
- Order the ingredients in timely manner to ensure the inventory level to avoid any shortage and wastage.
- Conduct inventory and stock take.
- Any other duties might be assigned.
