Job Description

  • Gross salary: SGD 8,000-10,000 per month
  • Work schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Department: F&B Operations
  • Location: Singapore - multiple outlets

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability and uest satisfaction.
  • Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
  • Manage, train and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency.
  • Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
  • Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.
