Job Description

As an F&B Executive, you will help run the day-to-day operations of our food & beverage outlet. This role is hands-on and involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth service, maintaining food quality, and supporting management to achieve sales and operational goals.

You will act as a bridge between management and frontline staff, making sure operations run efficiently and customers have a good dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service

  • Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met at all times

Staff Management

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate service and kitchen staff

  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning

  • Train new staff on service standards, food handling, and workplace rules

  • Ensure staff follow company policies and SOPs

Stock & Cost Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

  • Reduce wastage and control food and operational costs

  • Check deliveries and ensure correct quantity and quality of items received

Sales & Performance

  • Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives

  • Monitor daily sales and assist in basic reporting

  • Help achieve outlet sales targets and improve efficiency

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, and workplace safety regulations

  • Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness records

  • Report any operational or safety issues to management promptly

Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations (supervisory experience is an advantage)

  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

  • Ability to lead and work well with a team

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Personal Traits

  • Responsible, reliable, and hands-on

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Physically fit for standing long hours

Education

  • Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred (training can be provided)
