As an F&B Executive, you will help run the day-to-day operations of our food & beverage outlet. This role is hands-on and involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth service, maintaining food quality, and supporting management to achieve sales and operational goals.
You will act as a bridge between management and frontline staff, making sure operations run efficiently and customers have a good dining experience.
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service
Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met at all times
Supervise, guide, and motivate service and kitchen staff
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning
Train new staff on service standards, food handling, and workplace rules
Ensure staff follow company policies and SOPs
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Reduce wastage and control food and operational costs
Check deliveries and ensure correct quantity and quality of items received
Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives
Monitor daily sales and assist in basic reporting
Help achieve outlet sales targets and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, and workplace safety regulations
Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness records
Report any operational or safety issues to management promptly
At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations (supervisory experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to lead and work well with a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsible, reliable, and hands-on
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit for standing long hours
Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred (training can be provided)
