F&B Executive

Job Summary

The F&B Executive learns roles of Sandwich Artist and Shift Leader, supervises restaurant staff and daily operations to maintain food safety, cleanliness, inventory control, and exceptional guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform all duties of a Shift Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Supervise food preparation to maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
• Coordinate and oversee staff to uphold cleanliness standards as per the SUBWAY® Operations Manual
• Manage a team of 5 to 7 staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations
• Complete administrative duties including paperwork, product orders, and inventory management
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotional activities
• Complete University of SUBWAY® training courses as required
• Conduct interviews and appraise team members to support staffing
• Operate computerized Point of Sale system and perform cashier duties as needed
• Maintain physical stamina to perform tasks involving bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels
• Basic computer literacy to support operational and administrative tasks

• Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
