Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the noodle stall to ensure smooth service
  • Prepare and cook noodle dishes in accordance with standard recipes
  • Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained
  • Supervise and guide kitchen and service staff
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stall and kitchen area
  • Assist in menu improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in food and beverage or hawker stall operations
  • Basic cooking skills (preferably in noodle or Asian cuisine)
  • Responsible and able to handle daily stall operations independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and service-driven
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
  • Able to work 6 days per week
