Job Description & Requirements

  • Responsible for all aspects of operation of the vaious F&B outlets assigned with standards and excellent service
  • Active role to contribute to the P&L and financial targets of the F&B Department
  • Uplift customer's dining experience creating good memories
  • Nurture customers relationship and attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly
  • Serve promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
  • Support manpower deployment and rostering
  • Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Oversee collection and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs
  • Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly
  • Collaborate as a team to achieve operations efectiveness
  • Support Club events and ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in related industry
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Able to work shift hours
  • Able to start within short notice

Others:

Daily 2-way Transport provided at Caldecott/Bishan MRT

Direct to MRT/home for late hours.

Uniform and meals provided
