  • Assist in the daily operation of the restaurant
  • Ensure smooth service during opening, peak hours, and closing
  • Monitor food quality and service standards
  • Support both front-of-house and kitchen operations
    Welcome and interact with guests professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Ensure customers have a positive dining experience
  • Assist supervisors in managing service staff and kitchen crew
  • Support staff scheduling and attendance monitoring
  • Help train new employees on service standards and procedures
  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Assist in ordering and receiving inventory
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation
  • Understand restaurant cost control and budgeting
  • Prepare for future supervisory or managerial roles

Job Requirements:
