Our client is looking for next team members to join their growing team:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Operational Management:

- Manage outlet costs, handle HQ requirements, and support the Operations Manager.

- Oversee recruitment and development of operational staff.

• Customer Service:

- Greet customers, handle queries, and upsell food and beverages.

- Take orders, process payments, and manage transactions via POS.

• Food & Beverage Preparation:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages.

- Maintain and replenish food ingredients and condiments.

• Maintenance & Cleaning:

- Clear tables, handle washing duties, and clean work areas.

- Perform opening and closing tasks, including POS closure and waste disposal.

• Stock Management:

- Assist with stock taking and check food supplies upon delivery.

• Training & Development:

- Train and audit staff, manage schedules, and plan external training.

• Optional Dual-Function Roles (Choose as Applicable):

- Marketing: Promote the brand and drive engagement.

- Business Development: Explore growth opportunities.

- Communication: Develop and implement strategies.

- Finance & Accounts: Assist with budgeting and financial tasks.

- Operations: Handle additional operational responsibilities.
