Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.

• Manage, train, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management to minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Drive sales and implement marketing or promotional initiatives to attract and retain customers.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B outlet management, preferably in desserts or caf settings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Passion for food, especially desserts, with a good eye for presentation.

• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency.

• Flexible and hands-on, able to work weekends and peak periods.
