F&B COE Training Manager, to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement F&B training strategies aligned with brand standards and operational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis across outlets and design tailored programs to address skill gaps and service enhancements.
- Facilitate core F&B learning modules including service excellence, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest engagement.
- Support onboarding and continuous development of F&B colleagues, including rank-and-file and supervisory levels.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and HR Business Partners to support succession planning and career development.
- Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligned with Shangri-Las Centre of Excellence framework.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives that promote a culture of learning, innovation, and cross-outlet collaboration
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations and/or training, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and practical training programs.
- Deep understanding of F&B service standards, guest expectations, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design is an advantage.
