Job Summary
Handle cashier and customer service duties efficiently while managing stock and supporting daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate the POS system to process cashless and cash transactions accurately
- Manage cash float and maintain stock inventory at the cashier counter to ensure availability and accuracy
- Explain current promotions clearly to customers and actively upsell to increase sales
- Handle customer orders promptly and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Replenish stock shelves and pack customer orders carefully to prepare for delivery or pickup
- Support daily outlet activities by assisting team members and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support outlet operations.
