We are looking for someone who is

• Hospitality-focused
• Warm and has a welcoming approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
• Proactive, with strong coordination skills
• Knowledgeable about food, beverages, and service etiquette
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Oversee daily food & beverage service operations on the floor
• Deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences at all time
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed
• Handle Members feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Monitor table setups, service flow, and presentation standards
