Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial objectives and target KPIs for multiple restaurant outlets
Refine and establish SOPs, monitor and control operational costs, and ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise financial performance, generate detailed financial reports, and support strategic decision-making through business forecasting.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, design promotional strategies, and conduct market research for business expansion opportunities.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a performance-driven team environment and conducting regular training sessions.
Ensure high-quality service, respond to guest feedback, maintain food and beverage compliance, and provide exceptional cuisine and wine pairing services.
Key Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of global experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or 5-star hotel restaurant F&B managerial positions
Proven track record in achieving financial objectives and managing high-end restaurant operations
Strong guest relations skills and the ability to deliver excellent dining experiences
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Extensive knowledge of spirits and wines is preferred
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Strong strategic planning, marketing, and business development capabilities
