We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager (Valley Wing), to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the Valley Wing, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and support the team in delivering personalized and anticipatory service to VIP and long-stay guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and SOPs.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support personalized service.
  • Support the Valley Wing Manager in implementing service enhancements and operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial exposure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile guests and deliver exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
