To Monitor and analyze regional market trends and practices, assessing program competitiveness and developing solutions aligned with total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Able to lead program design discussions, annual deployment, post-implementation reviews, and continuous enhancements.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and cost modeling to evaluate reward program trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and guidelines while providing strategic consultation to business and country HR leaders.
Partner with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather feedback, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage position evaluations, develop salary structures, and conduct compensation competitiveness analyses to guide salary budgeting and talent strategies.
Collaborate with HRIS on digitalization initiatives and with Finance on program budgeting across the region.
Drive compensation and benefits projects, initiatives, and other related responsibilities as required.
Requirements
9 years of relevant experience, preferably in regional roles spanning Consulting, Regional Operations, and Project Management within the Compensation & Benefits domain.
Solid foundation in Compensation & Benefits systems and programs, with good analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and consultative skills across diverse cultural contexts and environments.
