We are looking for a
F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Lobby Lounge
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts (including afternoon tea, cocktails, etc.)
- Supervise and lead service staff, including training, scheduling, and task delegation
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience in line with Shangri-Las brand
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly
- Monitor lounge setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality food and beverage service
- Support in managing inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
- Assist in sales promotions, upselling, and achieving revenue targets
- Maintain daily reports and support administrative tasks such as duty rosters and staff briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, local regulations)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel lounge/bar
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
