Eyewear Consultant Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation to customers on eyewear products, including spectacles, frames, and lenses, to meet their vision and style needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring effective inventory management and product availability.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, upholding and promoting the company's image, values, and standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets (KPIs) while supporting the store in achieving overall sales goals.
- Perform cashiering responsibilities, including processing various in-store payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Stay informed on the latest product knowledge, trends, and brand offerings, while complying with all company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable with long hours, weekends, and public holidays
