These roles can be based in key GHD offices across Asia, including Philippines, Singapore or Indonesia.
Who are we looking for
GHD is expanding their Infrastructure Advisory team across Asia to deliver strategic, financial and commercial advice on major projects and partnerships.
You will shape Infrastructureacross Southeast Asia and partner with our industry leaders to support our clients make key investment and procurement decisions for sustainable regional growth.
You'll make an impact across:
Business Development
Project Management
Conduct market analysis and sector research as required to ensure project outcomes align with client requirements and broader strategic objectives.
Develop and review feasibility studies and business cases, including options analysis, value-for-money, and affordability assessments to support sound project decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, and manage risks and stakeholder expectations through effective governance and reporting.
Support PPP and complex procurement engagements, including commercial structuring, tender evaluation, and commercial inputs to strategic, policy, and regulatory advice.
Lead and review financial models (project finance and commercial models) to inform investment decisions, funding strategies, negotiations, and contribute to transaction advisory and capital raising assignments.
What you'll bring to the team:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Economics, with relevant experience gained from working in Business Advisory, Multilateral Development Banks, PPPs, or Commercial/Transaction Advisory.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills, coupled with sound commercial judgement and project management capabilities.
Demonstrated interest in infrastructure and capital projects, quickly acquiring sector knowledge and identifying business opportunities.
Proven ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders, delivering high-quality outputs under time pressure and adapting to competing needs.
