DP World is strengthening its Corporate Affairs & Communications leadership across Asia Pacific, and we're inviting Expressions of Interest from communications professionals with the experience to lead reputation, media relations, and crisis response for the region.

What you'll do

• Set APAC's external communications strategy, including audience segmentation, message house architecture, and proactive thought leadership
• Own the region's crisis response protocol, holding statement library, and spokesperson preparation, acting as escalation point for multi-cluster issues
• Maintain media relationship standards and approve external media statements across all clusters
• Provide oversight and escalation support on government affairs reporting and Head Office liaison
• Lead and develop the External Communications team, and guide cluster communications leads on external comms execution
• Manage senior relationships with Legal, retained agencies, and regional leadership, and represent External Communications in APAC leadership planning
• Establish and report KPIs for reputation, media sentiment, and issue resolution across the region

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in external communications or media relations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in infrastructure, logistics, ports, or trade sectors strongly preferred
• A demonstrated track record managing crisis communications and multi-market reputational issues
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in a regional language an advantage
• Self-confident and decisive under pressure, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders across markets
