Export Shipping Executive (Freight Forwarding/Logistics)

• Handling Both Sea & Air Export Nomination shipments
• Minotering of shipment status and keep customer update on shipment date
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, permits, COO, PV, Invoice etc
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment
• Build a good relationship with the client
• Issue billing & take in vendor invoice and close job

- Have at least 2 years of experience with the same job scope

- Able to deal with Mandarin Speaking agents.

- Able to work independently, and in a fast pace environment

- Able to work under stress

- Able to work overtime include weekends

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
