Export Manager (Logistics / Supply Chain)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the export shipping team and drive process and service improvements
• Oversee full export operations and multi-country customs compliance
• Manage ISO9001 records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Prepare full sets of shipping documents, including LC shipments
• Negotiate freight rates and manage vendors/hauliers
• Collaborate with senior management on customer needs and logistics solutions
• Drive cost optimisation, team restructuring, and workflow improvements
• Handle customer enquiries, shipment issues, and internal coordination
• Review reports, forecasts, and sales contracts as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 7 years of logistics/shipping experience
