Export & Import Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end logistics process flows remain on track from booking to delivery
• Manage and monitor multiple shipment progress and statuses in parallel
• Maintain accurate shipment trackers, schedules, and documentation records
• Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Provide timely and structured status updates to all relevant stakeholders
• Identify potential risks or delays early and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate shipment consolidation, split shipments, and cargo adjustments when required
• Understand the basic technical aspects of products to support effective coordination and issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows and tracking processes

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or related operational roles
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Strong process discipline with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to track multiple shipments and operational details simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and discipline in stakeholder updates
• Comfortable working with multiple customers and teams with different work styles
• Familiar with international shipping workflows (air and sea freight)
• Basic technical or engineering understanding of industrial goods or equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• SAP knowledge would be highly advantageous
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin-speaking ability would be a plus.
