We Are Hiring: Export Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in export operations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation, who are confident working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export customer orders from enquiry, quotation, order processing, to shipment and invoicing
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to overseas customers and partners
- Prepare, verify, and manage all export shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, certificate of analysis, etc.)
- Ensure full compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, and destination country regulations
- Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Track shipments, monitor dispatch schedules, and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues
- Support the sales team with documentation, order follow-ups, and customer communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export coordination or international customer service
- Strong knowledge of export Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience preparing export shipping documentation
- Good understanding of global trade requirements and export compliance
- Proficient in MS Office experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
