AB Vista is a global leader in animal nutrition technology, known for its innovative products and technical expertise across the feed industry. We are currently seeking an Export Coordinator to join our Singapore-based team, where you will play a key role in managing international shipments and supporting end-to-end export operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with global stakeholders while building a strong foundation in export and supply chain within a growing international business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process export orders accurately from start to finish in line with internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with business managers, customers, and internal teams to keep export activity moving smoothly.
- Support stock allocation and batch selection on a FIFO basis with supply chain colleagues.
- Collect, check, and prepare shipment documents based on destination and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and follow up on actions needed to meet operational KPIs.
- Share weekly updates on order status, issues, and priorities across the export workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and keep systems and documentation up to date.
- Respond professionally to queries and help resolve issues quickly.
- Support a reliable and efficient team environment through strong operational accuracy.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant background.
- An understanding of import/export processes through education, training, or previous work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex administrative and documentation requirements with accuracy.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the confidence to work across different stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, automation is an advantage.
