Role Summary
Dashmesh Singapore Pte Ltd is a leading South Asian food distribution company, specialising in Indian and Pakistani dried and packaged food products. We serve regional markets and are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service.

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Export Assistant Manager / Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving export sales, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell South Asian dried and packaged food products to regional and overseas customers.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits and competitive advantages to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade enquiries, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise sales and repeat business.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, export documentation, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and overseas business development when required.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Possession of Class 2B / Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales or export experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
  • Experience handling regional export markets and overseas customers.
  • Familiarity with export procedures and documentation is an advantage.


Work Schedule

Monday to Friday:- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday:- 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Alternate)

All Saturdays will be compensated separately.
