Job Description:

Design and implement high-performance, highly stable platform services
Support data calculation needs for intelligent risk decision. Delivering high-quality and efficient data computing products
Participate in offline and real-time data development to support risk analysis, model training, and other risk-related data needs
Research, evaluate, and apply industry best practices and new technologies in anti-fraud system engineering
Collaborate closely with product, algorithm/strategy, and platform teams to ensure smooth integration and evolution of the anti-fraud system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field
5 + years of full time working experience as a software/backend Engineer
Must have prior experience in big data platforms such as Flink, Spark
Proven experience designing and optimizing high-concurrency, high-availability backend services
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to abstract complex business logic into scalable system designs
Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java
Experience in leading teams, mentoring peers, or owning core modules in large-scale systems is a strong plus
