Experience Management Consultant (Qualtrics)

 Job Requirements:

·      Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

·      Must have minimum 5-10 years of Hands-on experience in Qualtrics XM and XM Discover with implementation, configuration and technical support experience.

·      Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in API integrations and system connectivity

·      Must have experience in Automated Workflow

·      Must have experience in Data handling & Data analysis

·      Must have experience in BI or Analytics Tools like PowerBI

·      Experience in Microsoft Office & Collaboration/ticketing tools - Confluence and Jira

·      Experience working with Cross Functional Teams and handling multiple stakeholders

·      Good to have Project Management certifications (PMP or Prince2), Experience Management and design related certifications

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
