Role Overview
The Experience Director (SEO/GEO & AI Search) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, shaping product innovation, and leading integrated search strategies that win visibility and influence across both traditional search results and LLM-driven discovery surfaces. This role owns the transformation from keyword-centric SEO to AI-native discoverability, ensuring client brands are accurately represented and consistently cited in generative experiences (e.g., AI Overviews and answer engines). You will partner with media, CXM, data, content, and technology teams to build an end-to-end source-of-truth ecosystem—covering technical foundations, entity clarity, content engineering, and digital PR/authority signals—so that machines can reliably retrieve and synthesize client information. The role owns commercial success, strategic partnerships, and capability development, and is accountable for defining modern measurement frameworks (including AI visibility and citation KPIs) and scaling repeatable playbooks, tooling, and automation to keep the agency at the forefront of rapidly evolving search and AI ecosystems.
