Experience Designer
We are seeking an Experience Designer on a 1-year renewable contract to create integrated digital and physical experiences. While workflow design is important, your real value comes from understanding people, leading research, and facilitating workshops that reveal deeper insights. Together with the team, you'll design intuitive, consistent, and delightful journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design omnichannel experiences that connect digital and offline touchpoints.
- Lead user research, co-creation workshops, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring diverse perspectives are captured.
- Translate complex processes into clear, intuitive journeys and solutions.
- Develop prototypes, visuals, and service flows that bring concepts to life.
- Contribute to the team as an all-rounder, supporting each other's strengths and filling gaps where needed.
Qualifications
- Background in UX, UI, or service design, ideally in customer-facing industries.
- Skilled in research, prototyping, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Zeplin).
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills - a natural people's person.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and operational needs.
- Collaborative mindset - thrives in team settings where strengths complement each other.
Interview Process
- Assignment submission is required to be considered for interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will attend a 60-minute interview:
30 mins: General interview with the hiring team.
30 mins: Technical showcase of your assignment.
