Job Summary
Perform audit procedures and prepare draft financial statements following Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Plan and execute small audit engagements while supporting audit seniors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Execute audit procedures according to the audit plan and Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare draft financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards for review and finalization
- Support audit seniors by assisting with audit tasks to facilitate efficient audit completion
- Plan and conduct small audit engagements independently to deliver timely audit outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ACCA affiliation and ISCA Associate membership are encouraged to enhance professional expertise
- Demonstrate a strong passion for audit to drive quality and thoroughness
- Exhibit effective interpersonal skills to collaborate well within audit teams
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to contribute to team success
- Show willingness to work diligently and meet deadlines
- Availability to commence work promptly
