Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Finance department to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Perform detailed financial analysis by comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance, highlighting key variances.
Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Oversee cash flow management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and business needs.
Manage statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST filings, withholding tax, corporate tax submissions, statutory audits, and transfer pricing documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IRAS regulations, and internal group policies.
Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Support internal audits, including those conducted under J-SOX requirements, and contribute to compliance-related initiatives.
Act as the key point of contact for external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and banking partners.
Mentor and guide junior finance team members, supporting their growth and development.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field, and/or a recognized professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or its equivalent.
With 3 - 5 years relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.
Sound knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting standards and tax regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with capabilities in data analysis and financial reporting.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems is required familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
Prior exposure to J-SOX compliance and/or internal control frameworks will be preferred.
