Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and general office and warehouse administrative duties.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders, and clients (both local and export).
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality checks, and shipments while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and best practices at all times.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Organize documentation and inventory in preparation for internal and external audits.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; GCE A Level or equivalent also considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
- Strong team player with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Class 3 driving license is required.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
