Executive, Volunteer Management (4-month Contract)

Join us as an Executive, Volunteer Management (4-Month Maternity Cover) and play a key role in supporting REACH Community Services volunteer operations. You will help coordinate volunteer recruitment, engagement and deployment while creating positive experiences for volunteers and strengthening their contributions to the community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, interviews, screening and onboarding.
• Schedule and deploy volunteers to support the needs of different service units.
• Support volunteer training, engagement, recognition and appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate volunteer activities, events and related logistics.
• Build positive relationships with volunteers, service teams and community partners.
• Gather volunteer feedback and support improvements to volunteer programmes.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records, track volunteer hours and prepare routine reports.
• Support existing community and corporate volunteer partnerships.
• Ensure smooth volunteer operations through effective coordination and communication.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, events or stakeholder management. Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Good organisational, coordination and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and resourceful team player who is comfortable working on the ground.
• Able to commit to the full 4-month contract period.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
