The Opportunity
TP is seeking a high-impact Executive Vice President to take ownership of our organization's most critical partnership with a global leader in short-form video and social technology.
This is not a maintenance role; it is a strategic revitalization mission.
You will bridge the gap between our global delivery capabilities and the client's Singapore headquarters. Your physical presence and cultural fluency will be the catalyst for restoring deep connectivity, fostering trust, and unlocking new revenue streams across Content Moderation (COMO), Trust & Safety (T&S), AI/ML adoption, and Ad Sales.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary executive owner of the relationship, physically located near the client's HQ in Singapore, to rebuild daily connectivity and trust.
- Move the relationship beyond traditional support into complex value-added services, specifically:
- Optimizing content moderation at scale.
- Leading AI & ML adoption strategies.
- Launching and scaling Ad Sales initiatives.
- Oversee the consolidation of partners and drive Strive Strategy implementation to ensure back-office optimization and service delivery excellence.
- Proactively identify white-space opportunities within the client's ecosystem to sell complex business solutions.
- Lead global teams across operations, IT, and sales to ensure that the solutions promised in the boardroom are delivered on the floor.
- Being the boots on the ground in Singapore, ensuring face-to-face alignment with key stakeholders.
- Must be a Hunter-Farmer hybridprotecting the core business while aggressively identifying new operational pillars (Ad Sales, AI Strategy) to expand the wallet share.
The Qualifications
- Must be based in Singapore with unrestricted work authorization.
- Native/Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required to navigate the client's organizational culture and stakeholder network effectively.
- Deep understanding of Singaporean and Chinese business etiquette and negotiation styles.
- 15+ years in the BPO, Tech, or Outsourcing industry, with at least 7 years in a P&L ownership role managing portfolios exceeding $100M+ USD.
- Proven history of inheriting distressed or declining accounts and successfully reversing the trend to achieve growth.
- Hands-on experience selling or managing:
- Content Moderation (COMO) & Trust and Safety (T&S).
- E-commerce Capabilities & Ad Sales.
- AI/ML Adoption & Digital Transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability in a margin-sensitive environment.
- The ability to pivot quickly between high-level strategy (Boardroom) and operational firefighting (Floor).
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment where results are scrutinized daily.
- Deep understanding of how AI and Machine Learning are reshaping the BPO landscape.
