Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and daily outreach activities
Support the Business Development team in identifying potential leads and customer segments
Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote services and gather
Coordinate with other departments for promotions, events, and customer service efforts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results, and escalate feedback as required to improve service and campaign effectiveness
Ensure all telemarketing activities follow regulatory and company policies and compliance standards at all times
Job Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Prior experience in customer service roles or similar industry
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
