PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for providing technical assistance with equipment operation.
2. To perform below equipment testing and auditing check.
3. Responsible for all technical issues/escalation (e.g., repair keyboard, PC/laptops)
4. Perform specimen handling, control and tracking functions to identify and troubleshoot defective materials.
5. Ensuring all inspection procedures perform is comply with client's standard of procedure and completed within the timeline assign.
6. Records and report equipment failure discovered during the preventive maintenance cycle
7. Be the main contact point with internal and external stakeholders
8. Assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.
9. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.
