The Role

Our client is seeking an Executive, Technical Service (infusion pumps) professional in the medical devices and equipment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a Top Clearer worldwide in commodity markets.

Role Objective:

As a Technical Services Executive (Hospital Care) with us, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of automated infusion pumps by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at customer sites. Your expertise will keep devices running smoothly, support healthcare professionals with hands-on guidance, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to keep systems running smoothly.
• Provide guidance on operating and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
• Complete service reports, logs, and records for all installations and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory standards while meeting customer needs.
• Attend refresher trainings and share knowledge with technical teams, keep oneself up to date on knowledge.
• Track spare parts and order supplies as needed to support service operations.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering, or related field.
• Min 1 - 2 years of experience in technical services, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare/ Fresh grads - IT engineering, or related.
