Prepare, review and validate transfer pricing (TP) documentation (Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting) prepared by external tax advisors, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the Groups TP policies and financials.
Collaborate with internal teams (eg. accounting team, treasury) and external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings
Oversee the TP document of the Group and the remuneration model with the related party.
Assist in Singapore Corporate Income Tax (CIT) compliance related matters and withholding tax filings
Assist in queries from IRAS and tax agents
Support senior executives and/or managers in ad-hoc projects (e.g. cross border transactions, M&A) and duties
Attend accounting/tax related inquiries from other teams in Accounting and other departments
Assist in queries from tax consultant, tax authorities and internal stakeholders for TP related matters promptly
Prepare Singapore Related Party Transaction Form
Support in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or other relevant discipline
Professional qualification recognised by SIATP and/or ISCA is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to industry or accounting/audit-related functions
Fundamental knowledge of Singapores Transfer Pricing regulations
Basic knowledge of Singapore CIT, GST and withholding tax
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience in tax preparation, computation, and TP documentation is an advantage.
Experience with ERP system (SAP) and experience in Big 4 firm or MNC tax department is a plus
Knowledge/experience in the Shipping Industry would be an advantage
