The Executive will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyze systems, managing software development life cycles (SDLC), and ensuring the successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management (30%)
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT and digital projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership regularly.
- Support testing (UAT/SIT), issue tracking, and resolution.
System Analyst (70%)
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements from business users.
- Analyze current systems and processes recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications.
- Assist in designing user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX).
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, SRS, and process flow diagrams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and requirement workshops.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business, or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in transportation industry is preferred.
