The successful candidate will manage projects across corporate communications, branding, and community impact initiatives at SingLand. In this role, he/she will help bring integrated communication campaigns to life, shape consistent and compelling brand stories, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance social impact efforts, strengthening our market presence while creating meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
COMMUNICATIONS & BRANDING
- Coordinate and deliver consistent and compelling corporate communications and brand strategies across SingLand.
- Drive the development and execution of integrated communications across key platforms – including website, social media and intranet – as well as public relation, media engagement and flagship publications (e.g. annual and sustainability reports), ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative for SingLand and its portfolio.
- Support the development and evolution of SingLand's brand and its portfolio of assets, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants. Manage end-to-end branding projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with brand guidelines, and high-quality execution.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
- Implement high-impact corporate social responsibility initiatives through strategic philanthropy and employee volunteering programmes.
- Support the assessment, development and management of partnerships with government agencies, industry bodies and institutions within the built environment ecosystem.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate initiatives across focus areas, including diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), as well as art programmes.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Business or Real Estate. Candidates with a Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may apply.
Specific Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with the ability to create compelling presentations. Familiarity with design and multimedia tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing) is a plus.
- Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of the evolving digital landscape, including social media, web analytics, SEO fundamentals and an interest in emerging AI tools (e.g. generative AI for content creation, research and productivity).
