Executive Structural Engineer

As Executive Structural Engineer, you will join the Civil and Structural design team applying sound engineering to design and deliver a broad spectrum of infrastructure solutions including underground and elevated structures, bored and mined tunnels and foundations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Deliver quality work on time applying sound engineering principles and prevailing standards to design underground infrastructures, bridges, viaducts, bored tunnels and foundations required for complex underground projects.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

. Carry out detailed structural analyses and design of structural works and foundations for infrastructure projects.

. Prepare detailed design calculations and reports of high quality for client and authority submissions.

. Prepare / deliver concise and accurate technical communications including informative presentations.

. Collaborate with BIM/CAD professionals to prepare accurate models/drawings that conform to standards.

. Communicate effectively with internal and external project team members to deliver coordinated designs.

Additional duties may also include:

. Point-of-contact with client representatives, and authority officials to obtain design clearances.

. Delivery of tender submissions and presentations.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Singapore PE Board recognised degree.

. M.Sc. or M.Eng. in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.

. High to advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D structural analysis software such as STAAD, ROBOT, PROCON, RAPT or similar programs.

. Experience in underground construction works - relevant design office experience will be a plus.
